1 box white cake mix

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

How to Make Them

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, and oil. Mix until dough forms. Press two-thirds of the dough into the bottom of the prepared pan.

In a saucepan, melt the butter and chocolate chips over low heat. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

Pour the chocolate mixture over the dough in the pan.

Drop the remaining dough by spoonfuls over the top.

Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely before cutting into bars.

- 1/4 cup butter -- cubed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs and oil. Press two-thirds of the mixture into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Set remaining cake mixture aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk, chocolate chips and butter. Microwave, uncovered, until chips and butter are melted; stir until smooth. Pour over crust.
- Drop teaspoonfuls of remaining cake mixture over top. Bake 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool before cutting.
