Copycat Dunkin Egg White & Veggie Omelet Bites Recipe

Dunkin’ discontinued their Egg White and Veggie Omelet Bites in February 2025, but you can still make them at home with this easy copycat recipe.

Three egg white and veggie omelet bites served on a blue and white plate.

These fluffy bites are light, protein packed, and perfect for meal prep. Keep a batch in the fridge or freezer for quick breakfasts and snacks all week long.

What You'll Need

  • Whites of 6 eggs (or pasteurized egg whites)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1/4 cup grape tomatoes, seeded and chopped into 1/4 inch pieces

  • 10 baby spinach leaves, chopped into 1/4 inch pieces

  • 3T Four Cheese Blend

  • 2 tablespoons cottage cheese

How to Make Them

1. Prepare Egg Mixture
Separate 6 eggs and place the whites in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then whisk until well combined. Stir in the cheese blend and cottage cheese.

2. Add Vegetables
Chop grape tomatoes and spinach into small pieces. Add to the egg mixture and stir so the veggies are evenly distributed.

3. Prepare Pan and Pour Mixture
Coat a mini donut pan with cooking spray. Pour the egg mixture into the pan, making sure the tomato and spinach are evenly distributed in each cup.

4. Bake
Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for about 9–12 minutes, or until the bites are set in the center and lightly puffed. Oven times may vary depending on your equipment.

FAQs About Dunkin’ Omelet Bites

Can I use ricotta instead of cottage cheese?

Yes. Ricotta works well and will give a slightly creamier texture. Use the same amount as the cottage cheese called for in the recipe.

Can I use whole eggs instead of only egg whites?

Yes. Substitute 3–4 whole eggs for the 6 egg whites. The bites will be slightly richer but still fluffy.

Can I add other vegetables?

Absolutely. Mushrooms, bell peppers, or onions all work well, just keep the dice small so that they cook through.

    1. Definitely! I freeze them solid on a baking sheet and then I vacuum seal them in portion sizes. I let them defrost in the fridge overnight and then reheat them in the microwave.

Strawberry Pizzelles

Pizzelles are one of my favorite childhood cookies and I'm constantly looking for ways to put a new spin on them.  Since one of my favorite summer fruits is strawberries, I swapped out the vanilla in the original recipe with strawberry extract.

Easy Stuffed Waffles with Sweet and Savory Fillings

Stuffed waffles are a fun twist on the classic waffle—crispy on the outside and packed with tasty fillings inside. I recently got a stuffed waffle maker, and I’m loving how it turns waffles into little pockets of deliciousness! The best part? You don’t need a strict recipe because this is a perfect “clean out the fridge” meal. Grab whatever leftovers or fillings you have on hand, stuff ’em inside, and waffle away! Here’s what I tried this time, but feel free to get creative and make it your own.
