What You’ll Need

1½ cups quick oats

3 tablespoons brown sugar

¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon ground ginger

1/8 teaspoon ground clove

1 cup 2% milk

4 tablespoons vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoon molasses

Optional toppings: dried cranberries, toasted pecans, diced apple or pear, mini chocolate chips
How to Make It

Gingerbread Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1½ cups quick oats
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground clove
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 4 tablespoons vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon molasses
- Optional toppings: dried cranberries, toasted pecans, diced apple or pear, mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, molasses, cinnamon, ginger, clove, milk, and Greek yogurt. Stir until evenly mixed.
- Divide the mixture evenly between two pint jars.
- Put lids on the jars and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
- Serve warm or cold as is or add any of the optional toppings.
