Date day and we're enjoying an adult beverage :) We have amassed a large amount of vodka in multiple flavors and I've been searching for ways to use it. I found this one via Pinterest. I could only find massive peppermint patties, so that's what I went with.
Irish Peppermint Pattie
Ingredients
- 1 oz Chocolate Vodka
- 1 oz Peppermint Schnapps
- 1 oz Creme de Menthe
- 1 oz Bailey's Irish Cream
- 2oz half and half
- 1 Peppermint Pattie
Instructions
- Combine vodka, schnapps, creme de menthe, Baileys, and half an half in a shaker filled with ice. Strain into chilled glass. Garnish with Peppermint Pattie.
