If you loved Jingles Cookies as a kid, these homemade copycat Jingles Cookies are your chance to bring that holiday nostalgia back. Tender, buttery cookies flavored with a hint of anise and topped with festive red and green sugar crystals, they recreate the classic treat that’s no longer available in stores.
I don't remember many storebought treats from when I was a kid, but I do remember Jingles cookies. I loved dipping them into milk and watching the milk change color from the red and green sugars. My sister and I would fight over the crumbs and the pile of sugar in the bottom of the box.
