Tips & Tricks
-
Shake the cocktail until the shaker is cold and condensation forms on the outside. This ensures the drink is well mixed and properly chilled.
-
Prepare the syrup ahead of time and store in the fridge. It keeps well and makes assembling the cocktail quick.
-
For a simple garnish, float a small lime wheel or zest a bit of lime over the top.
