Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothies

S is for Smoothie!

This chocolate peanut butter banana smoothie is creamy, chocolatey, and made with simple ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen. 


Ingredients You’ll Need

  • ½ cup milk 

  • 1 ½ tablespoons peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • ½ tablespoon cocoa powder

  • 1 ripe banana 

  • 1 cup ice cubes


How to Make a Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

  1. Add Ingredients to Blender
    Place milk, peanut butter, honey, cocoa powder, banana, and ice cubes into your blender jar.

  2. Blend Until Smooth
    Blend on medium speed for 40–50 seconds, or until thick and creamy.

  3. Serve & Enjoy
    Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for the best texture.


Tips & Variations

  • Make It Dairy-Free: Use almond milk, oat milk, or soy milk.

  • Boost the Protein: Add a scoop of chocolate or vanilla protein powder.

  • Extra Creamy: Swap ice cubes for frozen banana slices.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to the jar in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Select "Smoothie" or blend on medium speed for 40 to 50 seconds.
