S is for Smoothie!
This chocolate peanut butter banana smoothie is creamy, chocolatey, and made with simple ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen.
Ingredients You’ll Need

½ cup milk
-
1 ½ tablespoons peanut butter
-
1 tablespoon honey
-
½ tablespoon cocoa powder
-
1 ripe banana
-
1 cup ice cubes
How to Make a Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Add Ingredients to Blender
Place milk, peanut butter, honey, cocoa powder, banana, and ice cubes into your blender jar. -
Blend Until Smooth
Blend on medium speed for 40–50 seconds, or until thick and creamy. -
Serve & Enjoy
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for the best texture.
Tips & Variations

Make It Dairy-Free: Use almond milk, oat milk, or soy milk.

Boost the Protein: Add a scoop of chocolate or vanilla protein powder.

Extra Creamy: Swap ice cubes for frozen banana slices.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Add ingredients to the jar in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Select "Smoothie" or blend on medium speed for 40 to 50 seconds.
